Filtration Group- Finishing has a wide variety of final filters that can solve your need for fine particles removal from the air stream. Final filters are designed to remove specific sized particles from the air stream for health and design reasons. Higher efficiency filter are often used in applications that require a specified degree of cleanliness for either a medical or manufacturing process.
Multi-Cell Final 95% Efficiency
FG-F’s multi-cell filter is one of the most popular final filters in use throughout the USA by OEM manufacturers. This filter incorporates a metal outer screen to protect and hold the media pleats together. This 95% efficient filter is fabricated with pleated media packs made of water-resistant all-glass micro-fiber media encased in polypropylene housings.
Rigi-Pak Final 95% Efficiency
The Rigi-Pak filter has plastic separators that uniformly divide and hold the pleats in place instead of customary metal screening. Our separators do not detract from efficiency and performance of this filter, but do lower cost. This filter has no header and the rated efficiency is 95%.
Cellulose Final Filters
100% cellulose fiber in a galvanized frame. 95% ASHRAE efficiency. An OEM replacement offering.
• Very low resistance to air flow resulting in lower energy costs
• Increased media per filters evens dust loading and expands dust holding capacity while lowering pressure drop and extended service life
• Robust media resists tearing and damage and is resistant to moisture and microbial growth
• Exceeds LEED MERV 13 efficiency requirement and is a sustainable component for LEED Green
•Advanced media and design provide high efficiency filter in
a compact design
•100% synthetic media and frame
•Removes pollen and airborne irritants from HVAC system
and equipment from airborne dust
•MERV 15 Nexfil removes over 85% of particles 0.3-1.0 micron size from the airstream
•Low resistance to air flow saves energy costs
•Long service life
