Panel & Link Filters

Proper selection of Paint Booth Air Intake Filters for enclosed paint and powder coating booths requiring a dust free environment can go a long way in preventing product rejects. Whether your requirement is for roll media or cut pads, flat media or extended surface, un-constructed or self supporting, tacky or dry texture, FG-Finishing can assist with any standard or custom sizes needed. Special sizes are never a problem and are welcomed.

Series_65_Panel

Series 55 Anti-microbial

Series 55 panels and links are designed as an economical solution crossdraft intake air filtration in paint spray booths in the automotive and industrial finishing markets. 75% efficiency on 10 microns. Two layers, 100% polyester with downstream tackifier. Heat sealed to 9 gauge internal support frame.

Series_65_Panel

Series 65

Series 65 panels and links are designed for heavy duty yet economical crossdraft intake air filtration in paint spray booths in the automotive refinishing and industrial finishing markets. 80% efficiency on 10 microns. Two layers, 100% polyester, 3-ply media with downstream tackifier. Heat sealed to 9 gauge internal support frame.

Series 1010

Series 635

Series 635 self-supported panels and links are designed for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. Dual tackified, 3 ply Series 635 panels may be utilized as stand alone filters or as prefiltration in combination with high efficiency bag or rigid box filter systems. When packed in cartons, the panel design creates a space savings that results in a 50% reduction in shipping, handling and warehousing over a standard case of 12 cardboard frame flat panel or pleated filters. The Series 635 Panel is constructed of 100% polyester media impreg-nated with two non-migrating tackifiers. It is non-toxic, unaffected by humidity and inherently resistant to microbial growth. The media is heat-sealed to a 9 gauge internal support frame. Rated UL 900, Class 2.

Series 625

Series 625

Series 625 self-supported panels and links are designed for heavy duty, high velocity commercial and industrial HVAC applications. 3-ply, 100% polyester media impregnated with an internal non-migrating tackifier. It is non-toxic, unaffected by humidity and inherently resistant to microbial growth. Heat sealed to a 9 gauge internal support frame. Rated UL 900, Class 2.

Series 1010

Series 1010

Series 1010 self-supported panels and links are designed for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. Dual tackified, 4-ply, constructed of 100% polyester media impregnated with two non-migrating tackifiers. MERV 8 rating with an initial resistance not to exceed 0.25 inches w.g. UL 900, Class 2.

SL-3A Panel Filter & Links – MERV 8 – Industrial Grade – 2 Layers – 4 Filtration Zones

1 ½” loft. Medium duty commercial and industrial filter made with an internal wire grid for support. Utilizes a porous, synthetic, white, internally tackified front layer to insure maximum holding capacity of airborne particles followed by a fine fiber, green synthetic layer with a non-migrating tackifier downstream that insures high efficiency, high holding capacity and low resistance to airflow. The lower resistance to airflow compared to competitive panels provides the opportunity to reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs. Includes antimicrobial fibers. MERV 8.

SL-5A Panel Filter & Links – MERV 8 – Premium Performance Industrial Grade – 2 Layers – 4 Filtration Zones

2” loft. Heavy-duty and high-velocity industrial and commercial HVAC filter made with an external wire grid for support. A porous, white, internally tackified, synthetic media is used as the upstream layer to provide maximum holding capacity of particulates. The downstream, orange, synthetic layer has a heavy tackifier and fine fibers on the exit side to insure maximum particulate removal. Utilizes antimicrobial fibers in the media to give added protection where microbial growth is a threat. The SL-5A panel has 4 zones of filtration. MERV 8.
