SERIES CCPC
The Series CCPC media consists of a 1” coarse layer to facilitate overspray collection and retention. The second layer fibers are denser to trap finer paint particles. When tested, the Series CCPC media maintains efficiency 99.8% and greater on 62% high solids. When installed, the media compresses to form a self seal. Headered versions are also available. For non-reclaim powder paint applications, the heavy duty Series CCPC can be removed, shaken to remove overspray, and then re-installed repeatedly. This results in considerable cost savings for high volume paint booths where secondary filters are change frequently.
